The animation team really brought a lot of joy to our stay, making
our time truly enjoyable. They organized a variety of activities that kept everyone engaged. The staff, especially at the beach bar, were always friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience. Only slight downside was the room cleanliness could be better.

Surprisingly attentive staff awaits
The warm hospitality felt like a family reunion. The staff, especially Osama and Vivian, radiated positivity and made each interaction memorable. I loved how Mohamed left funny towel shapes in the room!
Room cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed the furniture was older and some amenities could have been fresher. It detracted a bit from the otherwise lovely experience.

Mixed feelings about this
The staff’s warm service made my stay memorable and the food varied greatly each day. Rooms were upgraded to pool view without request which was a delightful surprise.
The entertainment didn’t engage much within the hotel, leaving guests to seek fun outside. The beach access was challenging with a walkway, which some may find disappointing.

if I hadn’t expected a true luxury experience, I might have been less disappointed. Stale food choices nearly ruined my stay, not to mention the uncomfortable moment with a bellboy expecting a tip. And I dare say, a complimentary gesture would’ve been appropriate for what I endured—not just another ordinary visit in a so-called 'resort. '

missingWrote a review on Aug 31convenient layoutswim-up roomloud evenings
The layout provides convenient access to the beach and restaurants without extensive walking, a definite perk for those who want to relax quickly. The swim-up pool rooms offer direct access to the water, adding a unique touch to the swimming experience.
Drinks were inconsistent. the slushies served were mostly just watered down, and when draft beer ran out, only warm canned options were available, which is less than ideal in the heat. The entertainment team seemed more interested in driving patrons to outside venues rather than providing engaging activities within the hotel itself.

The resort features an impressive aqua park that kids will absolutely love, alongside exciting evening shows that add a cozy touch to the atmosphere while they last. It's also convenient to find areas designated for kids in the main restaurant, complete with a mini buffet and a TV showing cartoons, making meals a bit less chaotic for families.
The aqua park was unheated on several days, which may deter some from enjoying it fully, especially in cooler weather. The nightly shows moved to a cramped mini disco area, leading to uncomfortable seating and overcrowding. There's also a lack of clarity on scheduled daily events, requiring guests to rely on announcements instead. Lastly, the bar arrangement felt a bit off. the same bartender mixed both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which didn't sit well with everyone. Some facilities went unnoticed until late in the stay, making it feel like missed opportunities for fun.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
